Moventralio B.V. ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act. This privacy policy describes which data we collect, why we do so and which rights you have.

2. Which data do we collect?
When you sign up for our newsletter we process your first name and email address. In addition, with your consent, we collect limited and anonymised usage statistics to improve the content of the website. We do not collect any financial, medical or special categories of personal data.
3. Purpose of the processing
Your data is used solely to send you our editorial newsletter on ecology, renewable energy and sustainable agriculture, and to further improve the website.
4. Retention period
We retain your subscription data for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email. After unsubscribing your data is deleted within 30 days.
5. Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. We only share data with processors who make the email delivery possible, under a strict processing agreement and exclusively within the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object to the processing. Send your request to redactie@moventralio.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
7. Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page.
